TradeCenter 128, is fast becoming a landmark along Interstate I-95/Rt. 128 in Woburn, Massachusetts. The TradeCenter complex includes the Middlesex Superior Court, three office buildings totaling more than 700,000 SF, and over 2,000 parking spaces.
Ideally positioned in the center of Massachusetts's innovation economy, this LEED pre-certified Gold facility was completed in 2008. The gleaming glass and aluminum building includes the convenience of an attached 1000-car parking garage, three-story lobby and on-site amenities including cafe, coffee shop, and bank. While it is easily accessible from I-95 (exits 34 and 35), the building is also served by MBTA bus.
From West and Central:
Take the Mass. Pike East (I-90) or Route 2 East to Route 128 North (I-95 North). From Route 128 North take Exit 34 (Winn St.) At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Winn St. Travel 0.2 miles and turn right onto Beacon St. (just after the exit ramp for 128 South). Follow Beacon St., which becomes Sylvan Rd., for 0.8 miles, and turn left into TradeCenter 128.
From North:
Take I-93 South to Route 128 South (I-95 South). Travel 1.6 miles to Exit 35 (Rt. 38/Main St.) At the end of the exit ramp, enter the rotary and take the first right onto Main St. (Route 38 North). Turn left at the first stoplight onto Elm St. (0.1 miles). Turn left onto Sylvan Rd. and proceed 0.3 miles past the shopping plaza, then turn right into TradeCenter 128.
From Boston:
Take I-93 North to Route 128 South (I-95 South). At the end of the exit ramp, enter the rotary and take the first right onto Main St. (Route 38 North). Turn left at the first stoplight onto Elm St. (0.1 miles). Turn left onto Sylvan Rd. and proceed 0.3 miles past the shopping plaza, then turn right into TradeCenter 128.
Public Transportation: Bus Route 134 provides regular service to TradeCenter 128 via Wellington Station (on the Orange Line) and Winchester Center (via the Lowell Commuter Rail). From Downtown Boston
Take Route 93 North to Route 1 North (Tobin Bridge). Follow for about 10 miles into Lynnfield, then take the I-95 North/Route 128 North exit (after going through short tunnel). When I-95 and Route 128 split, stay on Route 128 North toward Gloucester. Shortly after passing two large shopping malls on your left, take Exit 22 and bear right onto Route 62 East. Follow Route 62 East for less than two miles to Cummings Center on your left, across from Stop & Shop. (± 30 minutes with no traffic delays)
From Logan Airport:
Take the Route 1A North ramp towards Revere/Lynn, and follow halfway around the first rotary, turning onto Route 60 West. Follow Route 60 West for about two miles. Take the Route 1 North exit and follow the ramp towards Route I-95/Saugus/NH/Maine. Follow Route 1 for about seven miles into Lynnfield. Take the combined Route I-95 North/Route 128 North exit (after going through short tunnel). When I-95 and Route 128 split, stay left on Route 128 North toward Gloucester. Shortly after passing two large shopping malls on your left, take Exit 22 and bear right onto Route 62 East. Follow Route 62 East for less than two miles to Cummings Center on your left. At the traffic lights (across from Stop & Shop), turn left into Cummings Center.
From Massachusetts Turnpike (Mass Pike):
Take Exit 14 onto Route I-95 North/Route 128 North. When I-95 and Route 128 split, stay left on Route 128 North toward Gloucester. Shortly after passing two large shopping malls on your left, take Exit 22 and bear right onto Route 62 East. Follow Route 62 East for less than two miles to Cummings Center on your left, across from Stop & Shop.
From New Hampshire/Maine:
Follow Route 95 South to the Danvers/Peabody MA area. Take exit 45 to Route 128 North. Shortly after passing two large shopping malls on your left, take Exit 22 and bear right onto Route 62 East. Follow Route 62 East for less than two miles to Cummings Center on your left, across from Stop & Shop.
Additional Help
When entering from Route 62 (Elliott Street), visitors should find the gatehouse on Center Drive staffed with a knowledgeable individual, who should be able to answer many questions if needed. People on duty here will typically have a good understanding of where all tenants are located, and can usually announce your arrival if requested.
